The principal, Kevin O'Rourke, has worked in Jakarta for 11 years in political-risk consulting, strategic communications and finance. A graduate in government from Harvard University, he authored the book "Reformasi: The Struggle for Power in Post-Soeharto Indonesia" (Allen & Unwin, 2002). Peter Milne, RIS Project Partner, is a former writer of the Van Zorge Report and frequent commentator on current events. He earned a Master's Degree in International Relations and Politics from the UK's Sussex University, and has nine years working experience in Indonesia. CASTLEASIA, for over two decades, has specialized in market entry strategies, new venture formation, economic and political analysis and public policy advocacy, in association with PT Jasa Cita. Based in Jakarta, the firm has a staff of experienced expatriate and local consultants and belongs to a network of associate firms in fourteen Asia-Pacific countries. The founder, James Castle, has authored "Who's Who in Indonesia Politics" (1999), "Toward the New Indonesia" (2002), and numerous articles and syndicated reports on Indonesian politics and business.
